Information we collect
When you submit an Aurelia support request, we may process:
- your first and last name;
- your email address;
- the Shopify store URL you provide;
- the description of the problem or question;
- optional screenshots you attach;
- the support ticket identifier and submission time;
- technical and security information that may be recorded by the hosting environment, such as request metadata or server logs.
Please avoid including passwords, payment card data, customer lists, API secrets, or other information that is not necessary to investigate the issue.
Why we use it
We use the information to receive and identify your support request, reproduce and investigate the reported issue, communicate with you, provide Aurelia theme support, maintain an internal support record, and prevent misuse of the support form.
Legal basis
Where support is connected to your use or purchase of Aurelia, processing is generally necessary to take steps at your request or to provide the requested support. Security logging and abuse prevention may also be carried out where necessary for the legitimate interests of operating and protecting the support service.
Retention
Support records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve and document the request, maintain continuity of support, protect against abuse, and comply with any applicable legal obligations. Uploaded screenshots are not kept longer than needed for those purposes.
Service providers
Hosting, server infrastructure, and email delivery providers may process limited support data on our behalf where this is necessary to operate the website, store the request securely, and deliver support emails. We do not sell support information or disclose it to third parties for their own advertising purposes.
Your rights
Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect support information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
