• Marketing measurement: Meta Pixel events for page views, service views and successful contact enquiries, only with marketing consent. Form field personal data is not sent in Pixel events.

• Pre-submission session data: until the end of your current browser session or until you close the page or browser.
• Email correspondence with clients: where a contractual relationship exists, in accordance with applicable law, generally for 5 years.
• Server logs and technical data: for a limited period, depending on the hosting provider's technical settings.
• Temporary copy of Google Business Profile reviews: cached server-side in non-public storage for no longer than 28 days; expired cache files are removed when the retention threshold is reached.
• Website analytics data: depending on Google Analytics settings, in aggregated or anonymised form.
• Analytics consent status: stored in your browser's localStorage until you clear your browser data or change your preference using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

• Hosting provider: Rackforest Zrt. – website hosting, technical operation and server logging.
• Google Business Profile API: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC – retrieval of public reviews and aggregate performance data for my own Business Profile; access credentials are restricted to the private admin system.

• Email service: the email service used to receive and deliver contact form messages.

Data processors handle personal data in accordance with their contractual obligations and applicable legislation.
