In short
If you need a website, brand identity, logo or graphic materials, our collaboration starts with a brief conversation. We then define the goal, requirements, timeline and proposal. You'll also find an overview of the main options on the services page.
Useful resources before starting a project
If you're still exploring your options, these resources can help you think through the main steps involved in creating a website, developing a brand identity, arranging a Mini Audit and starting a project.
What services does Blasterr Design offer?
I design websites, brand identities and graphic materials for businesses. You'll find a more detailed overview of the services I offer.
- Web design and custom website development.
- Brand identity, logo design and visual systems such as brand guidelines.
- Graphic design for print and online use.
- Social media creatives, advertising graphics and campaign materials.
How does a project start?
First, we discuss what you need, what you want the design to achieve and which materials you already have. The guide to the website design process covers the detailed steps for website projects.
1. Consultation: goals, requirements, style and functionality.
2. Proposal: a defined task list and schedule.
3. Design: visual concepts followed by refinements.
4. Handover: delivery of the final materials, website or graphic files.
How long does it take to create a website or brand identity?
The timeline always depends on the complexity of the project and the availability of the required materials. You can read about the full process and common reasons for delays in the website design guide you can read more.
- A small graphic asset or a simpler design task may be completed more quickly.
- A complete website or brand identity involves several rounds of design and discussion.
- It's best to agree on an exact deadline once I've understood the task, before preparing the proposal.
How much does a website, logo or brand identity cost?
The price depends on the scope, required features, number of pages, graphic design needs and the amount of prepared material available. I've also written a separate guide to website design prices.
Website: based on the number of pages, functions, custom design and content requirements.
Brand identity: based on the logo, colour palette, typography, brand assets and intended applications — see also the brand identity guide is.
Graphics: based on the number of items, sizes, formats and intended use.
What website packages can I choose from?
Website projects can start at different levels depending on whether you need a focused landing page, a manageable WordPress website, a Shopify store, a custom-coded solution or a redesign of an existing site. Rather than a fixed price list, I prepare a tailored proposal because page counts, features and content requirements vary by project.
Landing page / one-page website: a focused single-page site with enquiry calls to action, a mobile-friendly layout and basic SEO.
Company website: homepage + essential subpages, services, about me / us, contact, and references or a portfolio if needed.
Custom WordPress website: a manageable admin interface, custom visual design, blog / portfolio essentials and basic guidance after handover.
Shopify store: core Shopify configuration, homepage, collections, product pages, cart / checkout preparation, and essential shipping and payment settings.
Fully custom-coded website: custom HTML/CSS/JS/PHP architecture, responsive front end and agreed bespoke functionality.
Website redesign: visual, structural, mobile and UX improvements to an existing site.
Why does the target audience matter in website design?
Because the audience, the problem they're trying to solve and the decision they're about to make all matter. A good website is more than an attractive interface: it helps visitors understand your offer and take the next step.
That's why, besides colours and page count, it's important to establish who the site is for, where visitors will come from and what you'd like them to do: request a quote, make a purchase, book an appointment or get in touch.
What brand identity packages can I choose from?
Brand identity can be developed at several levels: just a logo, starter visual foundations, an identity for a small business or a fuller brand system. I prepare a tailored proposal rather than using a fixed price list because the number and depth of the required elements vary from project to project.
Logo design: logo concept, colour and black-and-white versions, essential export formats and brief usage recommendations.
Mini brand identity: logo or logo refinement, colour palette, font suggestions, a simple visual direction and a mini brand identity overview.
Small brand identity package: logo variations, colours, typography, brand identity elements, a simple PDF brand guide and one optional brand asset.
Complete brand identity: logo system, more detailed brand guidelines, a digital identity direction and three optional brand assets.
Optional assets include: business cards, letterheads, envelopes, email signatures, social media templates, cover images, flyers, labels and stickers.
What should I prepare for the design process?
It's fine if you don't have everything ready. The important thing is to have a starting direction that we can refine together.
- A short introduction to your business and descriptions of your services.
- Any existing logo, brand materials or photos you have.
- Inspiration, examples and moods you like.
- For a website: menu items, text, images and required features.
Do you also take on standalone graphic or print projects?
Yes. I work on individual graphic design projects, not only complete websites or brand identity packages.
- Business cards, flyers, posters, labels, banners and other print materials.
- Social media posts, advertising graphics, banners and online creatives.
- New graphic elements aligned with your existing brand identity.
Do you also create online stores or Shopify stores?
Yes. I can help with online store and Shopify projects. The right solution depends on the number of products, the shopping process and the required features. I've written a separate online store guide about store architecture, and you'll find a more specific example in the Shopify store case study.
Important considerations: product structure, categories, shopping journey, trust signals, mobile usability, and payment and shipping requirements.
What is a Mini Audit, and who is it for?
A Mini Audit is a short professional review if you're not yet sure whether you need a whole new website, a redesign or brand identity work.
What do I review? First impressions, visual consistency, trust-building elements, mobile experience, calls to action and the clarity of your offer.
What is included? Specific issues and directions for improvement to help you decide on the next step.
Who is it for? Anyone who wants to start with a smaller step to understand what isn't working well enough in their current online presence.
What happens after I submit an enquiry?
After submitting an enquiry, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email. It includes a link to a short project brief to help clarify your goals, style, features, page structure and the level of solution your project needs.
The brief is optional: it's fine if you can't answer every question yet. The link simply helps me prepare a faster, more accurate proposal.
If you don't have a clear idea yet: tell me a little about your business, your goals, and what's missing or not working in your current visual presence.
Will the website work well on mobile?
Yes. I create websites with a responsive approach so they work well on mobile, tablet and desktop. You can also find examples of issues that damage the user experience in the article about web design mistakes.
- Mobile-friendly layouts and readable typography.
- Well-sized buttons and easy navigation.
- Images and sections adapted to different screen sizes.
Can I request changes to the designs?
Yes. Refinement is part of the design process because the result needs to suit your brand, both visually and in terms of content.
Revision rounds: we agree on the number and scope of revisions in the proposal or during our discussions.
Additional requests: if the project expands significantly along the way, we'll discuss the extra work separately.
Do you offer branding and web design for small and medium-sized businesses?
Yes. I design brand identities, websites and graphic materials for new brands, SMEs and existing businesses looking for a refresh. The goal is a consistent, clear visual presence that builds trust rather than simply looking impressive.
Brand identity: logo, colours, typography and a consistent visual system.
Web design: clear, mobile-friendly website with a considered structure.
Graphics: social media, print and online materials in a consistent style.
Can we work together remotely?
Yes. We can work together remotely, so meeting in person isn't necessary.
- We can work through email, phone calls or online meetings.
- You can review the designs and give feedback digitally.
- I take on projects throughout Hungary from Budapest.
What happens after handover?
At the end of the project, I deliver the final materials or completed website. I can also help with later changes, ongoing website or store maintenance and additional graphic materials if needed. To see the kind of projects I've worked on, explore my portfolio.
For websites: launch, basic handover and, if needed, a separate maintenance arrangement.
For graphic design: delivery of files in the agreed formats for print or online use.
Didn't find your answer?
Feel free to get in touch and we'll discuss what you need. After your message, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email with a project brief link, so you can clarify your ideas even before my first reply.
